I led the rebranding of Empowering Performance Inc.’s leadership curriculum. Learning assets included: facilitator guides for instructor-led learning experiences, pre- and post-session activities, and learning journals for cohort sessions.

Promoting an Agile Mindset
In partnership with EPI and a technology company, I led the design and development of a series of self-paced modules that demonstrated how approaching product development with an agile mindset can help teams be efficient and deliver more value to the customer. Modules also included an overview of the tool Jira and best practices for incorporating Jira into a team’s workflow.
